Today, what I am posting is a summary of some text messages between my mom and dad so if you have more questions about some of the info, we should know more later on today once Dad goes to the hospital to see Mom.
This morning my dad text my mom asking how she was doing. She said they just took the drainage tube out of her lung. And in her words, she was draining like crazy. (Now, don't panic, what we understand is that this drainage is not from her lung but is bodily fluids as the hole left behind begins to close.) They do x-rays almost daily and today will be no exception. She is supposed to have one done this morning to double check fluid levels and just how the lung looks in general.
