Well, Kevin has just begun his clear liquid diet this morning. He was allowed to have a small breakfast and then he bid adieu to real food until after his surgery. Tomorrow morning we will be off to his colonoscopy appointment which is at the Medical Center off Lake Drive in Grand Rapids at 11:30am. He will be under anesthesia so we will have to wait for him to wake up and be "with it" before I can take him home.
Friday morning surgery is scheduled for 10:40am at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids.
Pray that Kevin can have some energy through this clear liquid, jello, broth, popsicle diet he will be on until his surgery. Generally, Kevin likes and does best with three square meals per day (in between meetings, kids and urgent needs at school :)
