We had the privilege and honor of being invited to attend Trinity's 50th Anniversary "GALA" by Scott Pothoven, one of Kevin's old roommates. It turned out to be a wonderful evening! We laughed so much I think (perhaps optimistically) I lost 5 pounds. Sitting at a table with four of Kevin's old roomies and their spouses was so much fun! However, I thought we'd be the first table EVER, who was asked to leave due to "rowdyness". :) But what do you expect when you put Bryon, Wally, Scottie, Blair and Kevin all at one table!! :) The only hole in the evening was that we were missing Kurt (who had a wedding to attend in California the next day) but we knew he was with us in spirit. God certainly blessed Kevin with the influence of five wonderfully friends! It was a delight to catch up with one another and we're all looking forward to getting together sooner rather than later next time.
