We had the absolute joy of being able to enjoy our friends, The Miedema's, cottage up at Crystal Lake in northern Michigan (not the U.P.) It turned out to be the last set of 80 degree plus days for Michigan and we filled every minute of it! We truly decided we were spoiled to be able to bask in the sunshine, dip in the water, laugh with the kids and just sit and appreciate God's splendor, all in one glorious weekend. (Oh, and what would a Sall vacation be like without a broken bone and a split forehead - the video explains it.)
